I ordered this waist trainer from Amazon and the brand is Ann Cherry, I ordered a size small after measuring my starting waist at 28.5 Inches. I advise ordering a size lager than you “think” you need because it does run VERY SMALL.

This is my opinion after just one week, if you would like me to continue documenting my experience give this video a thumbs UP!

I am not only using the waist trainer but also eating a low carb/low calorie based diet to optimize my results.
